TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
JANUARY 2006 – MARCH 2008


*All customers must provide a copy of their resale tax certificate. We recommend that you send it with your first order by fax.

*All prices are F.O.B. San Ysidro, Ca. and are subject to change without notice.

*Terms are Net 15 days to established accounts only. Please allow 4 weeks to establish an approved credit. All other orders will be sent C.O.D. or can be paid prior to shipping.

*Past due invoices carry a service charge of 1.5% per month.

*A $30.00 fee will be added for a returned check.

*Any defect claims against merchandise must be made within 10 days and returns may be made only with prior authorization from Chappel USA. Seller is not responsible for shipping damages. Purchaser is responsible for reporting and initiating claims with freight carriers. Please save the carton and packing material for their inspection.

*Title of merchandise remains with the seller until paid in full. Should legal actions be necessary to effect collection, debtor hereby agrees to pay court costs and attorney fees.

*Minimum shipment required after discount: $100.00. A $10.00 charge will be added to orders less than $100.00

*Orders will not be shipped on past due accounts.

*NOTE: We sell to the trade only.


DISCOUNT

A 5% discount on orders of $750.00 or more, 7-1/2% discount on orders of $1250.00 or more, and a 10% discount on orders of $2,750.00 or more will be applied when payment is made at the time of pick-up/shipment.



GENERAL INFORMATION

NON STANDARD SIZES:

Please note that all orders with custom or special specifications can be done, but allow 12 weeks for delivery. We require a 50% prepayment deposit on all special sizes.



BACK ORDER POLICY:

We reserve the right to backorder all items ordered but not shipped. Items will remain on backorder unless specified by customer.



DELIVERY INFORMATION:

All shipments are FOB San Diego. Customer must provide account number or prepay freight before shipping. Most frames 20” x 24” and smaller can be shipped via UPS. Please call for further information.



CREDIT CARDS:

We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. (Past due invoices paid by credit card will be charged an additional 3%)
VISA and MASTERCARD customers will be charged an additional 2.5% on payments made of $2,000.00 dlls or more.
AMERICAN EXPRESS customers will be charged an additional 4% on payments made of $2,000.00 dlls or more.
